Ordering
Where can I buy your books?
Each book page shows every way to buy that title. Our books are available from Amazon as a paperback and as a Kindle eBook. If a title is also sold by another shop, you'll find a link to it on the book page.
Who am I buying from?
When you click through to Amazon or another shop, you're buying from that shop. It takes your payment, delivers your order and handles any returns under its own terms. We don't take payments on this website.
Why are paperbacks printed to order?
Our paperbacks are printed on demand by Amazon when you order them, so they never go out of print and nothing is wasted. Delivery times are shown on Amazon before you buy.
eBooks
How do I buy an eBook?
Our eBooks are sold through Amazon Kindle. Use the Buy the eBook button on the book page. You don't need a Kindle device: the free Kindle app works on phones, tablets and computers.
Delivery and returns
My order is late, damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Contact the shop you bought it from. For Amazon orders, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, where you can track, return or report a problem with any order. Amazon handles delivery and returns for books bought there.
Can I return an eBook?
eBooks bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon's own Kindle return policy.
